Privacy Policy

KVerse AI provides the platform described on this site. Each customer organization is the owner of the content it puts into its workspace, and KVerse AI processes that content on the organization's behalf.

• Account details — name, email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, organization name and your role in that organization.
• Workspace content — AI employee descriptions and instructions, tasks and prompts you write, task results, knowledge base documents and files you attach to a task.
• Connected accounts — when you link a social account (LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional or X), we store the access credentials that platform issues, encrypted, plus the account name and ID.
• Billing information — plan, subscription status and payment records. Card details are entered on our payment provider's systems and are never stored by KVerse AI.
• Usage and technical data — task run counts, activity and audit logs, error reports, and standard information such as browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

• To run the service: creating employees, executing tasks and returning results.
• To ground answers in your own knowledge base documents when you ask for that.
• To publish posts to the social accounts you have connected and approved.
• To apply plan limits, measure usage and process subscription payments.
• To keep audit logs of sensitive actions, protect against abuse and fix problems.
• To send service messages such as sign-in, password reset and billing notices.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

When a task runs, the relevant prompt, employee instructions and any selected document excerpts are sent to an AI model provider so the result can be generated. Depending on how your workspace is configured, that provider may be Google, OpenAI or Anthropic.

These providers process the content to return a response. We do not authorise the use of your workspace content to train public AI models. Please avoid placing information in a prompt or document that you would not want processed by an external model provider.

We share information only with service providers that make the platform work:

• Cloud hosting, database and file storage providers.
• AI model providers, as described above.
• Payment processors, for subscriptions and invoices.
• Email delivery providers, for account and service messages.
• Social platforms, when you publish a post to an account you connected.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Every organization's data is isolated at the database level, so one workspace cannot read another's. Access within a workspace follows the role you have been given. Social platform credentials are encrypted before being stored and are never sent to the browser. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log. Data is encrypted in transit.

Knowledge base documents stay until you delete them. Files attached to a task follow the retention choice made when the task was created — deleted after processing, after 7 days, after 30 days, or kept until you remove them. Temporary media uploaded for a social post is removed once the post is published or the upload expires.

Account, task and audit records are kept while your workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards where we need them for legal, accounting or security reasons. You may ask us to delete your account and its content at any time.

• View, edit or delete your employees, tasks and documents inside the app.
• Disconnect a linked social account at any time from the Social Media page.
• Request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Close your account and end your subscription.

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your timezone. We do not use them for advertising.

KVerse AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
